Black Label Society DOOM TROOPING OVER Stroudsburg PA 11/06/21

This past Saturday Nov. 6, Zakk Wylde brought Black Label Society’s Doom Trooping Over North America Tour through Stroudsburg PA where they played The Sherman Theater with support from Obituary and Prong.  B.L.S. wasted little time getting brutal, opening with Bleed For Me and Demise Of Sanity. Both songs from 2002’s 1919 Eternal Album . A fast guitar change than Overlord from 2010’s Order Of The Black.  Zakk broke out the double for the title track of 2003’s The Blessed Hellride before taking a seat behind the piano for Spoke In The Wheel. Images of the Abbot Brothers, Dimebag Darrell and … Continue reading Black Label Society DOOM TROOPING OVER Stroudsburg PA 11/06/21

PRONG – Doom Trooping W/ B.L.S. & Obituary In Stroudsburg PA 11/06/21

Prong put on a fantastic show as part of the Doom Trooping Over North America Tour along with Black Label Society and Obituary at The Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg PA. Saturday Nov. 6.  Prong didn’t have full use of the stage as the show opener but that didn’t stop them from killing it. They opened with Test from 1994’s Cleansing album.  From 1987’s Primitive Origins they gave us Disbelief and the title track from 1990’s Beg To Differ.  The band sounded amazing. Tommy Victor sang the songs with a smile on his face. He genuinely looked like he was happy … Continue reading PRONG – Doom Trooping W/ B.L.S. & Obituary In Stroudsburg PA 11/06/21

FLAW: SHOW REVIEW STAGE WEST SCRANTON PA 4-16-19

FLAW SHOW REVIEW 4-18 STAGE WEST SCRANTON PA First let me start off by saying this was my first time at Stage West in Scranton PA. I was not expecting much because, I have learned to keep my expectations low. To my surprise Stage West was the exact opposite of what I was expecting. The venue is nice with a good size bar, upstairs balcony with tables and an outside deck. The stage is low, giving a good intimate feel. The lighting is great and the sound is awesome. With all that being said I would strongly suggest Stage West … Continue reading FLAW: SHOW REVIEW STAGE WEST SCRANTON PA 4-16-19
